Making Appointments

At Hand Surgery Specialists, we want to make scheduling appointments as simple as possible. The fastest way to make an appointment or to modify an existing appointment is to call our main number 513-961-4263 (961-HAND).

Please state your preferred location when talking with our scheduler. All locations can be scheduled through the main number, except Northern Kentucky. Please call our 859-344-1150 number to directly schedule an appointment with Dr. Sommerkamp in our Northern Kentucky office.


For your convenience, our surgeons hold office hours in a wide variety of locations throughout the Tristate. Click on 'Locations' to find the office closest to you.


Emergencies

Patients are routinely seen by appointment only. Hand surgery requires that we treat certain injuries on an emergency basis or spend extra time with patients who have developed unforeseen problems. We will try to keep these medical emergencies from delaying your scheduled appointment and will attempt to inform you if a lengthy delay is anticipated.

 

Cancellations

We hope that you will help us in making your visit a positive experience. If you're unable to wait to see your doctor, we will be happy to reschedule your appointment. If you're unable to keep an appointment, please notify our office as soon as possible so that your allotted time may be offered to another patient. We appreciate your patience and cooperation.
