Our Commitment In addition to the Fellowship, the physicians of Hand Surgery Specialists all serve at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, Department of Orthopaedic Surgery. Dr. Peter Stern is the Chairman of the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, and each of the physicians of Hand Surgery Specialists participates in research projects and educational seminars in Hand Surgery for other physicians, Fellows, and the general public. Hand Surgery Specialists also contribute time and expertise to textbooks, journals, educational videotapes, radio shows, and the training of local civic organizations.
