Daniel G. Reilly, M.D.
Dan Reilly joined the practice in 1992, bringing with him special expertise in shoulder treatment and joint replacement. These were the focus of his advanced training at the Mayo Clinic, Crystal Clinic and Texas Medical Center. One of eight brothers (six of whom are doctors), Dan is certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and has a Certificate of Added Qualifications in the Surgery of the Hand.
As an undergraduate at Holy Cross College, he was a linebacker on the football team. There, he says, he “experienced and observed” injuries that led to his interest in sports medicine. Dan attended medical school and completed his residency at the University of Cincinnati. Now dedicated to innovative arthroscopic and laser assisted treatment of the shoulder, he sees many patients with hand, wrist and elbow problems.
A father of six, he leads, in his own words, “a lively, family-oriented life.” He is an avid fly fisherman. He is also a Clinical Instructor of Orthopedic Surgery at the University of Cincinnati.
