Billing

You will receive one statement for the services provided by the Surgery Center. The bill will include supplies, equipment, personnel, and use of the operating room and recovery rooms. You will receive separate bills for the following:

• Your surgeon

• Anesthesiology services, if rendered

• Laboratory test and x-rays taken before or during your surgery

• Pathology services (the examination of tissue or specimens removed during surgery) if required
